When my wife and I purchased our home on the inspection report, it called out the unprofessional repairs to our balcony outside out baster bedroom. So when we were able to save for this repair, we searched the internet for the best company to fix the balcony. After an extensive search and a couple of bids, we settled on Capital Deck & Stair Waterproofing.
WE MADE THE BEST DECISION!
Capital Deck & Stair Waterproofing is a family-owned business and proud of their work. They had fantastic customer service from start to finish. Often home improvement projects have challenges and unexpected obstacles. Their staff walked me through the process and had excellent communication. I came from the perspective of having some bad experiences in the past, so I went into the process concerned. However, they took care of everything and restored my faith in good business. They provided an estimate and worked with us on our budget for the project. They provided recommendations and guidance to make decisions that were informed and easy to make. The project turned into a full restoration. The workers were kind and cleaned up after each day of work.
My balcony is protected, safe, and looks good. We now enjoy and use this space thanks to Capital Deck & Stair Waterproofing for their work and repairs.
