“My small gym was in desperate need of a new carpet, and after a terrible experience with another supplier, Richard was a breath of fresh air. He came personally to my studio and spent a lot of time explaining my options, and was clearly very concerned with doing the best job possible. He was very reasonably priced, and he came with his crew on installation day to make sure everything was done according to plan. My old carpet was stuck to vinyl tiles, which required a lot of work to pull up and then to repair the floor before installing the new carpet, and Richard reassured me that the job they committed to would get done no matter what. They did it in a really reasonable amount of time, and the result made me and my clients very happy. Richard is very honest and an excellent communicator. Thank you, Richard!!“
