I went to their show room picked out a carpet and Mike gave me a few samples to take home to see if I liked them better and take a couple of days to be sure of the color before he came out to measure. I am so glad he did I picked a different color. I was trying to get the carpet in before Christmas and Mike and the team made it happen. Everyone is super responsive and the whole process was seamless. I am doing a complete remodel of the house and with so many issues it was great to work with a vendor that did what they said they would do and made it so easy.
