I went to Sutter Urgent Care this morning. Excellent service only 1 1/2 hrs even with a X-ray . Kind compassionate caring people working there they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable.
The wait at the Urgent Care was 2 1/2 hours long. There had been 2 doctors, but one got called away to go work in Tracy. It's not the first time I've seen understaffing at this Urgent Care.
I am generally satisfied with the care I receive, but being told I would receive the results of a Covid test in an hour, then having to wait almost 24 hours is a rotten thing to do to an anxious person.
