Very compassionate and thoughtful personnel
The folks at Heritage-Dilday were very kind, patient, and professional when my father passed in May this year. The gentlemen who came to pick him up were very respectful and professional, as was everyone else who helped explain the process and time it would take to have his remains cremated and ready for pick up. They were all very clear about the process and pricing, and while they told me about their various offerings, there was no pressure to upsell me on anything. They’ve even checked in since to see how our family is doing and to offer resources for grief support. Heritage-Dilday is a well run business by caring people and I recommend their services.
