The director forgot to ask about our religious preferences until we were halfway through the meeting, which was a bit awkward since we had to backtrack everything. honestly the staff was really nice and profesional despite that hiccup, they did a good job taking care of the little details that matter. I would of liked a little more communication upfront but overall it was a solid experiance, definitely a place i’d consider again if needed.
Chapel of Memories staff was amazing they were very compassionate and caring, the service was beautiful thanks to everyone there and made things a lil easier for me and my siblings to arrange for our mothers services and even after they contacted me to make sure we were all doing. I would recommend this mortuary to everyone.
