Good in-house cleaning, a formidable tailor along with friendly, reasonably priced service. I don't understand some of the so-so reviews - they are perplexing and do not represent my exceptional experiences at One-Hour. Personally I'm happy they are still here. “Excellent customer service. They were really short-staffed the week I tried them and they took my sweater as a custom rush order so I could pick up prior to leaving town. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I pick ed up my sweater which was handed to me folded in a protective and breathable pouch. I've never received such care for a sweater. Kudos to Crystal Cleaning. They were also very polite and friendly at drop off and pick up. Wish I lived nearby, as I'd come a lot more often .“

I had originally taken it to the chain Elegance Preserved, which called my dress "challenging" due to the dirt at the bottom of the hem, and charged me over $100 more than Rose Cleaners charged me. When I took it to Rose Cleaners, they immediately said that it was no problem, charged me their standard wedding dress cleaning rate, and returned it to me a week later with amazing results!
