She informed me that based on the stains and how long they had been she may not be able to get them all out (which I appreciated the disclaimer). She was actually successful at getting out everything. Lastly my alterations were a little tricky, and she gave me a week turn around time I ended up going in two days later to drop off more items and she had everything ready for me; alterations and the cleanings.
