“I stopped by this place yesterday because I had quite a few clothes that needed tailoring. Sometimes I buy things online, and while I'm trying to cut back on that, the reality is that pants are often too long or clothes just don't fit quite right. I was looking for a good tailor and I think I finally found one. The owner was an older lady, and we ended up having such a wonderful conversation. She was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and welcoming.
One thing that really stood out to me was how comfortable she made me feel. Unfortunately, there are times when people feel judged because of how they look, their tattoos, their ethnicity, or their background. Whether that's intentional or not, it happens. But I didn't feel that here at all. She treated me with genuine kindness and respect from the moment I walked in. She made me feel welcome, and that means a lot i haven't picked up my items yet since I just dropped them off yesterday, but I wanted to leave a review based on the excellent customer service alone. I'll come back and update this review once I receive my clothes, but I have a good feeling about the results. Iwish her and her business nothing but the best. May God continue to bless her business. I definitely recommend this place stop by and give her a chance. You won't regret it.“

“I've been going to Laurel Cleaners for a few years, mostly for tailoring but also dry cleaning on occasion. They always do a wonderful job, especially on original hem for jeans. Today, though, I became a customer for life! The zipper on my daughter's Halloween costume broke while trying it on at 4pm on October 30. I panicked, and rushed it over to this shop. She took a look and told me she could fix the zipper before noon the next day! After being in panic mode, the service and accommodation was priceless for this mama... and she still only charged me $10 for the emergency fix. I can't say enough about how happy I am I knew to bring it here!! They are amazing.“

We left her dress there overnight. However, I didn't feel good about it, so I called Debbie's Dry Cleaners after finding them on Yelp. The person who answered was extremely helpful and gave me a ballpark figure. My husband brought my daughter there. It was a great experience. They were so reasonable (saved $30) and fast. I have used them three times before leaving a review. 1st time it was just a blouse that had some pretty bad stains and I was ready to throw away if they did not come off. The blouse looked like new, I was very happy about it. The 2nd time it was two winter jackets, and the 3rd time it was 1 evening dress, 2 shirts, and a pair of dress pants. And once again, the clothes looked sparking new within a few days only.

Their turn around time is very fast, their service is very high quality, and the price is reasonable, in my opinion.

Will definitely be back when needed.“
