PRS was a life saver when 4 inches of water got into our built-out basement covering the entire floor. We called them at 7pm on a Friday and 2 of their technicians arrived within 30 minutes to clear up the water before it caused too much damage to the walls and floors. They used very effective drying equipment that dried out the entire area within a few days. A big plus is that they were very careful with our furniture and belongings that needed to be moved and covered. PRS has a system that has been fine-tuned to get the job done quickly and efficiently and we couldn’t be more grateful for their help. We would highly recommend their services to others.

The area has some street parking in the neighborhood back behind the building as well as by the grocery store . Building seemed clean and the room was prepped and ready on time . Facial was very nice and would recommend this place
This is my go-to salon for manicure and pedicure. The owner is very good at making sure I'm getting what I ask for. They take a lot of care with cleaning and prepping the feet in particular which I'd important for me. Very clean shop with modern comfy chairs and great environment. My friends come join me from Palo Alto and Menlo Park because it's such a clean nice space.
I had a technician, I don't remember his name. I liked that he was able to fix my heater at same day. Other companies promised several days. I got a call back from Aloha (unusual name) a few days later to see if everything was okay. It was a pleasant experience :))

My brother needed help taking all of his furniture out so I called and was able to get a hold of JR after a quick dial. JR and his team were very responsive and accommodating from start to finish. The punctuality was superb and meets beyond my expectations. One thing that really stood out from All Star Junk Removal was not only the professionalism but also the flexibility. I was able to confirm the time and date a week in advance but had to change the time within 48 hours due to last minute changes from work. However, JR and his team were very accommodating to work with the time that was given after what was initially planned.Nonetheless, their prices that was offered were highly negotiable/reasonable compared to other companies that quoted higher prices. I’ve been looking for a while now and all I can say is Headspins Barber shop is definitely a place I would recommend for you to get your hair cut. I was able to land an appointment with Carlos and I’ve never gone back. Down to earth dude, will keep a conversation going with you almost like you’re not even there cutting your hair, and let alone the results of the haircut are spot on every time. I can say the first time he cut my hair he was very attentive to detail when it came to my hair and still is. Carlos knows what he’s doing and has lost of experience prior. I know I’m in good hands when I get my hair cut. Good price in my opinion. I get a regular bald fade hair cut. Shop has a great aesthetic and the vibes are also what keeps me coming back!

My sister treated me to Perfection Nails and it is a hidden gem. Mai is super sweet and I am very happy with the service there from getting my eyebrows wax , shellac manicure and pedicure. So far the workers there are very friendly and respectful. I was always treated kindly by each of them. I have been to a lot of different nail shops. But I am glad that my sister introduced me to Mei because she knows how to wax my eyebrows and do my manicure and pedicure how I like it. Thank you for providing such excellent customer service. Luminous Day Spa is a neighborhood gem. The front desk staff are super friendly. It's easy to book an appt via text and they send you appt reminders. There's water and tea in the back while you wait. There's also chocolates in the front desk Liza is super attentive and great with her massages. She knows where you're tight and needs more attention. They have a membership you can sign up for with extra savings. Great place for my self-care era.
I recently had a facial with a lovely esthetician by the name of Wendy. She was pleasant, welcoming and professional . The wonderful scent and ambiance as I walked to the room felt relaxing and serene. The bed was heated which I loved since I have low back pain. Wendy is knowledgable with the recommendations and treatment she provides. She enjoys and takes pride in her work and shows. Not only did my skin look and feel great but I walked out of there as if I was walking on clouds. It has been 3 days since my facial and my skin feels hydrated and soft. I will be back.

I hired Paul and his team to replace a toilet. They were very communicative while we were discussing the project. On the day of, they showed up on time, were friendly, knew what they were doing, answered all my questions, and replaced the toilet in about an hour. These guys are true professionals.

Jacob was prompt, professional, and his work was of high quality. He came in and calmly resolved an emergency leak on a Sunday. Pricing was reasonable and he did not cut any quarters, even suggesting several solutions and in the end left the plumbing in better shape than in original. Can't recommend highly enough

I had an issue with my garage main line and shower stall valves, and Danny was kind enough to come over during the weekend to take a look. He thoroughly walked me through the problem and explained the options before proceeding with any fixes. Danny is extremely knowledgeable and generous in sharing his expertise. For the shower stall valves, another plumber had suggested removing tiles, but Danny took a careful, exploratory, step-by-step approach. Thanks to his expertise, he managed to fix the issue without breaking the wall or removing any tiles. I highly recommend Danny Walker for any plumbing needs--he's professional, skilled, and a true problem-solver!

Honest, professional have used their services for faucet repair and water connections for the fridge and will use them again for future plumbing work.
These guys are great. Fast response and they are problem solvers. Had an outside faucet redone and the technician accidentally turned on our old sprinkler system that is leaky and we don't use anymore. This caused a massive garden leak, but in n out plumbing came back the next day to diagnose and fix the problem at no cost. They also helped by giving me a free estimate for future work underneath the house. I'm really appreciative of all this and wish I told them that we deactivated our sprinklers years ago instead of them accidentally turning the system on. Overall great speed and service.

We just had Joe and his team at Bajada Electric install a new electrical panel, create some new circuits and install new lighting and outlets in the garage.
I can't say enough good things about our experience with them. Joe is a great communicator, courteous, and detail oriented. He and his team completed the work in a decent amount of time, even when I tacked on some additional work for them to do mid-job that we didn't originally plan on.

We hired K&B Remodeling & Sons to install two replacement French doors at our house. A contractor friend met them when they were engaged on another job down the street, both the contractor and our neighbor were pleased with the job they did. It is a complex job involving a variety of skills--carpentry, finish carpentry and stucco. Yonis and his team at K&B did a great job. We would definitely hire them again.
A couple of high points: they did the job promptly. Unlike some of the other projects around the neighborhood, they didn't start with a bang and then limp across the finish line weeks later. They worked every day from start to finish, arrived on time and all of the workers were always courteous. They worked cleanly--each day and each tradesman cleaned up when their work was finished. There were no piles of trash around the yard! They showed great respect for our home, yard and all of the materials (those doors weren't cheap!). Yonis is a good communicator who keep us appraised of who was coming and when, and if something changed, he let us know.
The job was done on time, on budget and Yonis and I could shake hands at the end and be friends--the sure sign of a good experience. Highly recommended.

We are a masonry contracting firm, and needed some drywall preparation for a wall that we install veneer stone. We contacted 4 different drywall companies and 3 didn’t answer at all. We found amador drywall on Yelp and call and the estimator came out the same day and provided a estimate within 24 hours. Our clients approved their estimate and they came out the following week. Work was over deliver and then we were able to install our veneer stone! Amador drywall hands down the best other trade contactor we work with. We definitely recommend them for all your drywall needs.

The building finally got pest control but the 1 few people sucked but these guys have been coming here all year as far as I know since January they're very friendly and respectful Kevin foots and Filipe I didn't get his last name but these guys are cool great at their job I hope gov bless them cause I feel at home finally after 3 years of living here I don't have to worry about my things or room when I'm gone for any length of time thank you you guys and Marina pest control for the piece of mind! Dr. Zoulas is the BEST dentist I have ever been to! She is so caring and super knowledgeable about all things pertaining to teeth. Dr. Nikoo is wonderful! First ever visit to the chiropractor and the difference when I left was so noticeable! Immediate pain relief. Thank goodness for Dr. Nikoo.
After spending an entire weekend at home struggling to walk due to back pain, I sought out Dr Alex and he has been helping me ever since.

I love this market! I find myself coming here most weekends to visit thier meat counter mostly. They have such a large selection of various cuts of meat that it is almost overwhelming. Everything is in Spanish to so it helps to have some understanding of meat names in Español. I love thier marinated chicken! It's great for tacos! Thier produce is also reasonably priced and always seems to be good quality. I also feel like thier canned goods are all reasonably priced compared to most small stores. The employees are always very helpful as well. The store is also VERY clean which is a plus. Some other stores on Grand Ave. Can't say that.
I used insurance for Dr Candice. She's so good. I had knee pain and gone by the end of the session. Got cupping on my back for the long days on computer and pain in my index finger from clicking and Dr Candice helped me. Parking I know is available but I walk or take the bus. All her office employees are nice as well. I like that she is a ssf local and is kind, patient and listens.
I knew Dr. Zhu would be great when I first spoke with her and someone I could trust. I have been going through months of suffering with sciatica that just won't resolve itself . . . gets better and then comes right back. After my first treatment, I am feeling a lot better and trust that Dr. Zhu will help me resolve my sciatica fully. Office is extremely clean and Dr. Zhu is very professional and extremely competent. My list of healthcare professionals is now complete heading into my "Golden Years" to treat whatever issues I stumble upon . . . mainly aches and pain! Thank you Dr. Zhu for taking care of me.
