They’ve even been welcoming to my dog and bearded dragon. They are patient and kind as well as highly skilled, communicative, inventive, and on the cutting edge of eye care.
I’ve had several treatments that were extremely new and very effective. I can’t recommend the South Pasadena Optimetric

“Wow I was blown away by my experience here today. Everyone was so nice and professional. I got not only a contact lense and glasses exam I also opted in for the retinal scan. The exams were so pleasant and at the end the Optometrist DR explained and showed me my retinal scans. She explained why she didn't think my astigmatism in my left eye was bad enough for special contact lenses though it may bein the future. She explained the type of lenses she thought would be best for my current vision and why. At no time did I feel rushed nor did it take forever. It was a seamless series of vision tests that the staff made most pleasant. And even before I reached the last stage of deciding what glasses and lenses I wanted to order the Dr was making me aware of the best lenses at the lowest cost. For such a nice establishment I thought for sure they'd try to upset me but the entire time I was given options and asked what I wanted. Having done research I had a good idea of what I wanted and they let me bring my own new Versace frames. Never once did I feel pressured to buy something I didn't need or couldn't afford even after bringing out my Versace frames. I literally told them they can never close down because I am utterly spoiled now. I've had glasses since second grade so I've been to many optometrists. This is the best experience by far I had and I'm 43 now. Thank you guys and gals I'll be back for sure!!!“

“We came to this LensCrafters on the recommendation of Sunglasses Hut in Old Town to have a pair of Oliver Peoples sunglasses adjusted after a poor experience elsewhere. Alexander and his colleague were assisting other customers when we walked in, yet they were still attentive and welcoming.
Alexander personally helped me and immediately made me feel like family—warm, easygoing, and genuinely kind. He took the time to thoroughly clean my sunglasses and carefully adjust the built-in metal so the nose pads wouldn’t slip. What really stood out was his patience—he kept adjusting until the fit was just right and never made me feel rushed, even while helping other customers.
He is also incredibly knowledgeable about the different brands and the quality of the frames, down to how each would support the various activities I do. I wasn’t planning to buy new sunglasses, but his exceptional service made me want to support the store. I ended up purchasing a great pair of Maui Jims, and Alexander went out of his way to offer options and explore ways to order a new pair when it turned out to be the last one in stock.

Easy to make an appointment, good selection of glasses, and office staff is very helpful in explaining benefits with insurance, costs, etc. overall, has always been clean, organized and efficient. I recently took my daughter who does not currently wear glasses, but has developed some vision focusing symptoms and headaches. I was blown away by Doctors patience in understanding my daughter's concerns. Doctor is very knowledgeable and shows sincere concern to get down to the issue. She did a very thorough vision exam on her, while explaining the reasons for the, along the way. In the end, she was honest in suggesting other options are tried first before purchasing glasses. “My husband had the great idea to use a dish scrubber sponge for his glasses and completely messed them up. Went online to look for a optometrist near my location instead of Walmart and came across Seek Vision. Made a quick phone call and spoke to Ryan who was very helpful in the process of getting a walk in appt last minute. He even helped with my husbands insurance information/verification before making our way and having them tell us they can't see him. Loved that!! Upon arrival Ryan greeting us with a smile (which goes a long way) and was very very welcoming. Office was nice cozzy and clean and the process was easy flowing. Ryan was able to explain to my husband what insurance covered in a very friendly matter after the exam. Had lots of options on frames and just loved his attitude! My husband was seen by Dr.Lee who mentioned was by far a down to earth doctor who took his time to explain to my husband details of his eye Exam. Overall very very friendly Optometrist office for being our first time. All of the front staff was super friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be coming back to this office for any eye exam, glasses, and even sun glasses. I would definitely recommend anyone to come in to Seek Vision.
