They are very flexible with appointments, and every visit has been fast, efficient, and easy.<br><br>The customer service is excellent, and the entire office staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The doctors are also wonderful and take great care of their patients. I especially want to recognize the staff member who helps with picking out glasses—she is incredibly helpful, patient, and really takes the time to help you find the right pair.<br><br>We are very happy with the care and services we’ve received. It’s not always easy to find an office that combines great doctors, excellent customer service, and efficiency, but this office does it all. My husband and I will definitely continue coming here from now on. Highly recommend!”

“Dr. Chang and his team embody customer service. I was their patient when I lived in Pasadena and would have my eyes checked and glasses made at their store. After moving to San Diego, I had to get my eyes checked on short notice and could not make it up to Dr. Chang's office.Long story short, the OD that I visited in San Diego gave me the wrong script causing me all sorts of chaos. To make matters worse, due to the wrong script from the OD in San Diego, I ended up ordering and receiving wrong lenses.Dr. Chang and his team worked with me to figure it out and let me exchange my incorrect lenses for the correct ones.They have beyond excellent customer service. “Mom and I both come here for our glasses. It is not cheap but you get great quality and service. Dr Szeto is very personable and knowledgeable. Her office manager and assistants are a great group. They are very patient and carefully explained everything, including what the insurance covers. We love the Silhouettes frames for its lightness, and the Tiffany frames are very stylish and beautiful. Be prepared to spend over an hour for each appointment.”
