“Carlos cut two new ignition keys for my 1981 Yamaha motorcycle. I did remove the ignition cylinder from the bike and brought it to the shop to make it easier. When I first called and talked to Carlos he mentioned that with the cylinder in hand he would be able to look it over and estimate the cost and would call me for approval. Didn't get the call, he just went ahead with the rekeying, the cost turned out to be very reasonable so I was okay with it, but if it had been high cost and no prior approval it might have been an issue.
The new keys work smoothly and easily. Sometimes duplicate keys don't work smoothly, they don't want to turn easily or get partially stuck and you need more force to turn them, but no such issue with these, very happy with the quality.”
