“Wow! What a great experience. Marty showed up to my home after hours to help me install my smart lock. It was not an easy job, as I have an old door and it was not compatible with the new lock system. Marty was extremely professional and explained to me what the issue was, he spent a great deal of time not only installing the lock, but adjusting the entire system so that the door would be balanced and close properly. No detail was overlooked and he even fixed some of the issues with the system that were caused by the original installer. I recently called them out to make sure that a new door we had custom-made was keyed and installed properly. Frankly I did not trust my contractor to do it right. Once they received the replacement FOB, it only tool him 20 minutes to program the new one and it works great and was only about 2/3 the cost of of the dealership.Today, I decided to call Cay to see if he could help access a gate arm enclosure where the key had been lost, and within 20 minutes he arrived to my work and had the door opened and re-keyed in under an hour.Cay and his dog Max are friendly and fast.
