“We had our roof replaced a few years ago, and the roofing work was outstanding. the crew did a great job, and their customer service was excellent from start to finish. A few weeks ago, we noticed a bad leak around and inside the chimney area. i called, and after a careful roof inspection, douglas explained that the roof system was not the cause. The issue was worn sealing at the top of the chimney, which was letting rainwater come straight in. Even though it was not actually a roof leak, they still took care of everything quickly and professionally. gregory made sure the repair was handled the right way, and the cost was fair. It was a huge relief to have an honest roofing team that did not try to sell us something we did not need. chase and the crew were knowledgeable, respectful, and easy to work with. the repair was completed smoothly, and now everything is sealed up and working as it should. Excellent workmanship, great communication, and a very good overall roofing service experience. If 5 stars is the top rating, i would gladly give 6.”
