My overall experience with Guardian Roofs was excellent. Dexter helped us get the best possible price on the red clay tile roof we chose, and Angelo and his crew were incredible throughout the entire project. They carefully removed and reinstalled our 16 solar panels, replaced about eight rotting roof boards, installed a new skylight, and laid the tile with exceptional precision. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really stood out, there are no gaps, tile pops or concerns about tile movement. The crew was professional, efficient, and kept us informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend Guardian Roofs to anyone looking for a quality roofing company.
Work is OK and prompt, but lack of communication. They never asked what color of roofing we wanted and matched what was in there. No response when I asked this question later. They left some debris which we had to remove. They also didn't cover the garage top which caused dust on items stored inside.
