“I visited Remedy for the first time today, and I was so blown away by the customer service, talent, and overall atmosphere that I had to leave a review.<br><br>From the moment I walked in, Jen and the other ladies at the front desk were incredibly warm, welcoming, and kind. They immediately made me feel comfortable and right at home.<br><br>I originally came in because I had developed surface filler bumps in my lips from injections done at another med spa. I had been living with them for about 18 months and was honestly terrified of making the situation worse by having anyone touch them. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Best of all, Dr. Panagotacos is exceptionally knowledgeable and has an amazing bedside manner. “Dr. Rahimi is the best! I’ve seen him now over the years especially when I have a blemish emergency, which is of course always right before an important event. Dr. Rahimi is able to fit me into his schedule and I love that he sees me (and not a PA) even for smaller derma-logical needs (which seems to be a rarity these days among doctors). He is very kind and doesn’t push procedures on you either, which is important to me. Highly recommend!”

“I was originally referred here by my husband. I have struggled with acne as long as I can remember, and I also had a concerning mole. The first visit, the doctor did a skin check and we immediately biopsied the mole- it came back pre-cancerous, so at a very quick and pain-free appointment a few weeks later, the doctor removed it. There is literally no scar, you can't tell anything was there!<br>As far as my skin goes, it's the clearest in as long as I can remember! The picture attached is only a 3 month difference and it's incredible!!! It's not just the acne, but my skin texture too. The doctor has worked with me to prescribe different medications and creams that work best for me. I'm seeing her monthly for follow ups. I also do monthly peels that they recommend and I love them! I feel like those have definitely helped with my skin texture and anti-aging the most. I'm looking forward to seeing my results over the few months.<br>Overall, it's a small staff and everyone is so kind. I am always greeted by name. I am so grateful I found this office! “Had an appointment today.They were right on time. Been coming here for about 7 years. The front staff has always been so sweet and professional. Some of the same girls Ive been seeing the entire time. Unless you are getting a facial or micro ..they sometimes are running behind schedule. So..I bring a book, that's right I read when I'm waiting, not checking my phone. They take lots of different insurance here..so maybe best to check first. I trust the people here. Going back soon for a chemical peel.....”
