So bizarre - same type of growth, but on the opposite side of my mustache line. I knew exactly what it was, so I scheduled the official biopsy.
Juana was incredible. For me, the worst part is the lidocaine injection in my upper lip. I made this clear in no uncertain terms. Juana was patient, understanding, empathetic. I arrived 30 minutes ahead of my appointment time and she applied a topical anesthesia to lessen the initial lidocaine effect (which only lasts a few seconds, but seems like an eternity to someone with zero pain tolerance). I have been going to Dr. Panagotacos for over 20 years. She is always friendly and very knowledgeable in her field of work. Very punctual and has always exhibited EXEMPLARY customer service. Her staff is always friendly and kind from check in to check out. Dr. Panagotacos is one of the best in her field.
I don't know that I've ever taken the time to write a recommendation for a doctor's office before but after my third visit here I feel compelled. Top notch service and you don't feel rushed. The scheduling people, billing, and doctors are all so nice and patient focused! I've had reoccurring skin infections and I'm finally getting better. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top tier dermatologist office!
