“I visited Remedy for the first time today, and I was so blown away by the customer service, talent, and overall atmosphere that I had to leave a review.

From the moment I walked in, Jen and the other ladies at the front desk were incredibly warm, welcoming, and kind. They immediately made me feel comfortable and right at home.

I originally came in because I had developed surface filler bumps in my lips from injections done at another med spa. I had been living with them for about 18 months and was honestly terrified of making the situation worse by having anyone touch them. I kept hoping they would eventually go away on their own, but I finally reached a point where I couldn’t live with them anymore and decided to take a chance on JT.

The moment I met JT, I knew I was in good hands. She is warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and immediately put me at ease about something I was very nervous about. She took the time to do a thorough consultation, listened to my concerns, and walked me through the best course of action.

Most importantly, she fixed the problem! For the first time in 18 months, I’m no longer self-conscious about my lips. I truly can’t express how relieved and grateful I am.

“Dr. Rahimi is the best! I’ve seen him now over the years especially when I have a blemish emergency, which is of course always right before an important event. Dr. Rahimi is able to fit me into his schedule and I love that he sees me (and not a PA) even for smaller derma-logical needs (which seems to be a rarity these days among doctors). He is very kind and doesn’t push procedures on you either, which is important to me. Highly recommend!“
