I haven't been to the spa yet, but from what I have read it is an amazing experience with great customer service. I read some testimonials with great results and I excitedly booked an appointment since they had a great promotion going. On Monday (today) I found out from work I wouldn't be able to make my Tuesday appointment, and I wasn't sure when I could reschedule because of the nature of my work, but I should get more information about that soon. I texted and called to cancel, and they were very efficient, kind and understanding. I felt much better and now I can't wait to be able to reschedule and have my treatment!

My son has gone to other Baber shops before but would always complain about having to go. My son started going to New Generation for some time now. He started with Ciro and has stayed with him up until now. Ciro is very a professional barber and makes his guest feel welcome as soon as you walk in. For my son to want to come back it tells you a lot. As a single mom and of course not sure what number to get for the styles was a little difficult for me. I AM GRATEFUL for Ciro for always making us feel comfortable and open to my sons request and helping my son in his journey of hairstyles. Every time my son walks out of the Barbershop he has a glow of confidence. My son (12) now makes his appointments on his own and he will get his response ASAP via txt with his confirmation date and time.

Due to significant water damage from the last rain, Servpro of Northwest Long Beach came to rescue. Talked to dispatch and the very next day one of their project managers showed up and accessed the damage. Drywalls had to be removed and having experienced with previous contractors, I expected dust & debris left behind. I was honestly shocked, not a drop of anything, no dust. I was impressed by how the room was professionally enclosed. The entire restoration process took around 5 days, am very satisfied with the whole process management. Peter and Jacob are the best. We used Los Altos Construction twice for brand new construction from the ground up they came in and completed the kitchen cabinets design exactly how we designed it. Their work really fast. Got it all done in one day and they communicate very well. They also make it easy for you if you're missing any pieces they will go and buy them for you and you can reimburse then once it's done. We are not finished with the countertops yet, but the kitchen came out amazing!
Fantastic all around! Didn’t have an emergency but the still came out same day—in fact within a few hours. Tech Bobby was so knowledgeable and helpful. Fixed a leaky bathroom faucet and a couple of other issues that came up, as often does with a 100 year old home/plumbing. Really friendly and efficient, too. Highly rec!

As much as I want to gatekeep this gem of a hairstylist I have to let my LB people know! MELISSA MONG is my go to for a beautiful haircut...the best part are her prices in 2024 are stuck in 2000 and I'm here for it! She always has a smile, does exactly what you ask, for under $20. She is such a vibe and by appointment only.
I had deck drains that went from the backyard to the front yard that were full of tree roots. About 19 years ago I had the pool built and never thought of tree roots penetrating the pipes . George Carlos and Jacob all worked diligently to clear out not only the roots from inside the pipe but also having to chip away at tree roots surrounding the pipes. And thank you Matt for your continuous communication and being on site when needed. A sleeve was inserted to prevent future Roots penetrating and a new pipe was installed as well. I definitely recommend Legacy sewer for any of your drain needs. And the cleanup was like they were never here. Thank you for all your hard work.

Alan was professional and kind. He came out and successfully performed the initial repair. Unfortunately, shortly after he left, we noticed the toilet base had cracked.
What impressed us most was Alan’s integrity and quick response. We contacted the company about the issue, and Alan promptly returned the very next day to replace the toilet and ensure everything was installed perfectly and securely. He was completely honest and focused on resolving the unexpected issue immediately.

MTR Construction is top notch in my book. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish having them do my kitchen remodel. The attention to detail, craftsmanship and pride they showed was really a stand out. You can tell these guys care about what they build. Everything was done with communication care which gave me peace of mind. They didn’t just meet expectations, they exceed them.
We have used Morey Remodeling Group for several projects over the years, which included renovated kitchen, patio addition, renovated bathrooms, adding a bathroom, new driveway, new windows, new flooring, new stair railing, bedroom extension and adding a front porch which resulted in changing the roof line of the house. In 1980 we contracted with a company to remodel our home, adding two bedrooms, a family room, and a bathroom. A job that the company promised would be completed in 3 months actually took nine months. It was a total nightmare. It was such an awful experience, it caused us to change our minds about the kitchen renovation that we had planned for later.
Almost 10 years later, we finally decided to remodel our 1950s kitchen but still were not having very much success in finding a company that we felt was trustworthy. Friends introduced us to Ben Morey and after discussing with him our needs and our budget and the assurances he made to us, we finally felt that we had found a contractor that we could trust to work on our home. We contracted with him for our kitchen remodel, patio addition, new driveway, and new windows. Everything that he promised was completed with a very high level of expertise and craftmanship and on schedule. Most impressive was that the total project was completed more than a week ahead of schedule. Ben had promised that we would be able to cook our Thanksgiving dinner in our new kitchen. We were overjoyed to be cooking our first meal shortly after Veteran’s Day.
We were so impressed with Ben work ethics and his expertise and professionalism, that a year later we contracted with him to extend a bedroom, add another bathroom and the front porch. Before new permits were issued for the current project, City Hall informed Ben that we had outstanding permits from our 1980 remodel (the nightmare was back). I automatically went into panic mode, but Ben assured us that he could resolve the problem and of course he did. Two months later we had a bedroom with more space and a larger closet, a new bathroom, a front porch, and a new roof. We were completely happy with the high quality of the work and once again the project was completed as promised.

Since we were getting new floors, we decided to update the kitchen, the stair railing and the fireplace. Once again at the end of the project, we were completely happy with the overall quality of the project.
Communication is key and working with Morey the channels of communication were always open and were a two-way street. It has been a wonderful experience working with the entire Morey team, not just the tradesmen working in our home, but the Design team and the office staff as well. Over the years there have been changes in staff, but the work ethic has not changed. The team members are approachable, honest, responsible, trustworthy and very professional. The workmanship and craftmanship is always outstanding. When you contract with Morey Remodeling Group, you become a part of their family. They don’t desert you because the job is completed, they can be trusted to take care of any problems that may arise afterwards. Through the years, I have recommended Morey to family and friends and will continue to do so.

I've been getting chiropractic treatment from Dr. Lum for about 2 months but so far the results have been amazing! Dr. Lum is an amazing chiropractor. He treated my 15 year old ballet dancer after she sustained a knee injury. He assessed and adjusted her and I've made it a point to take her every couple of weeks for massages with Marvin and treatment with Dr. Lum. I love that they both ask my daughter questions regarding her knee and listen to what she has to say. I will keep taking her to Dr. Lum to maintain her physical well being.

She was able to take care of this senior girl at 13 and give her mobility back in her legs after such a great grooming and nail trim ? we will always use her for all of our dogs! Would give 10 stars if I could
