Genuinely loving and thoughtful grooming experience lavished upon the client - a title bestowed on my dog, Charcoal, by the awesome manager, Dario. Charcoal does not let just anyone bathe, blow dry, groom or cut his fingernails. But he was in good spirits when I picked him up, and he looked more clean and handsome than ever.
I'm a very happy first-time customer! Dario was incredibly sweet and helpful over the phone. I wasn't able to pick up Remy after his appointment, so my brother did. I couldn't wait to see him on my way home from work, and I was thrilled the moment I walked in the door. Dario did an amazing job with Remy's transformation. Before finding Groomingdales, I used to drive all the way from Signal Hill to Torrance just to get my three fur babies groomed! When I saw Groomingdales was opening nearby, I was so excited to give it a try, but it took me a couple of visits to finally go in (I only want the best for my pups!). Now, I'm so glad I did! We've been coming here ever since, and I couldn't be happier. The groomer really knows his stuff--my dogs always come out looking fresh, clean, and happy, and I never have to worry about any nicks or cuts. So thankful to have such amazing care for our pups right here! He treats my pups as if they were his own- my dogs love him!!
