GIGI was nice, friendly and very respectful, she did an awesome job on my feet. The staff made us comfortable and served us drinks of our choice, I will come back, my experience was awesome. The manager was very friendly and checked on us to see if everything was OK. The staff at check out were also friendly and helpful. We will be back. We had an awesome experience at Milano NAIL Lounge so thanks to everyone there.
This is my second time coming here, after getting this nail set done, I am convinced that this is my “forever” nail salon! Jojo did my builder gel nails (pink and green set), I had very vague ideas about what I wanted, I was very indecisive. I had random photos for inspiration, I showed them to Jojo and he assured me he could create some designs based on the pictures I showed him. He was very gentle which I appreciated because my first time here with another nail tech was a bit painful and I did unfortunately get a cut on my finger, nails still looked good though (blue set). I love this place and this has been my best experience yet. Cami did an awesome job on my manicure and Kim was excellent with my pedicure. So caring and so much attention to detail. Thank you for taking care of me. They are both very talented!
