The first time I visited Lotus Spa was on my birthday. I was super nervous coming in because it was my first experiece getting a consultation for coolsculpting, skin tightening, etc. On that day I met with Austin for the first time. He was very nice and knowledgeable, and walked me through the details of the treatments I was getting. Because it was my birthday, Austin gave me a $25.00 discount for my treatment. I really appreciated that he did that. Kim and Austin are always very kind and accommodating! I have had such an amazing experience with Kim! I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience at Lotus Spa! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming, clean, and absolutely beautiful. The staff made me feel welcomed and relaxed right away.
The facial was hands down one of the best I’ve ever had. My esthetician was knowledgeable, gentle, and took the time to explain everything she was doing and why it would benefit my skin. The products felt luxurious, and the entire treatment was so soothing I almost fell asleep.
