Always loved coming into Encore to get my hair done. Karen works really well with my hair and interpreting what I'm interested in doing with my look. I've come in with long and now short hair and she's created awesome hair cuts and colors that do not disappoint. Others who work there are also super sweet and it's always a welcoming and enjoyable space to be in.

I have been coming here for years for hair color and hair cut services Karen is very professional listens to what I like and provides options her products are good. My sister got keratin treatment and at first attempt the hair was good but did not work for the Indian thick hair she was kind to do another session to ensure the customer needs are met. It is rare to find someone to works with you and ensure customer is satisfied.

Booked a consultation with Karen to feel her out because it's so important to trust your hair person. She asked me lots of questions about how I typically style my hair because she didn't want to give me a cut that wouldn't work for me. Went back for my cut and color and it was fabulous! The color is amazing (I'm indecisive and need a pro to just make it look good). She clearly loves her craft and it shows in the results!
