Always great customer service starting from the front desk, I’ve had different massage people through the years, but I was never disappointed with any of them.
They kept similar pricing throughout the years, despite the inflation.
They also very flexible if you need to reschedule.
Best service all around. The space is gorgeous and relaxing, and the front desk managers are always professional and friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating. And the massage therapists are gifted. I always request Mr. Rin, he is absolutely the right fit for me, personality wise (he's the perfect mix of professional and warm), he is extremely knowledgeable and intuitive, he knows the right amount of pressure all over.
I work in the spa industry (over 22 years) and have had the privilege to work with some of the best and most skillful massage therapists in Los Angeles at the top notch spas and I must see he is one of the best around.

Sparadise Massage in Sherman Oaks is truly a gem. My husband discovered this place 6 years ago, and we’ve been hooked ever since! We try to go at least once a week because the quality is consistently amazing.
The space is always clean, relaxing, and professional. Every therapist we’ve seen has been fantastic — you honestly can’t go wrong. Our personal favorites are Raya, Elle, Kim, Kristy, Sonya, Judy, and Brie — but truly, the entire staff is incredible.
Jane and the front desk team are always so kind, welcoming, and helpful. They make scheduling easy and are always accommodating.
