“I love Dr. Gina and her staff. If you're nervous and it's your first time, or you're experienced with acupuncture, this is a great place for you. I was nervous for my first time getting acupuncture. I had no idea what to expect, and when getting to the building I felt even more nervous. It's this big building that's recently been remodeled to feel a little too bougie. I was relieved to walk into her office. It certainly was not the same overly-white too-polished feeling that made me feel out of place in the other parts of the building. I didn't wait very long at all- it seemed busy in the waiting room but we were all helped in a timely manner. Dr. Gina called me into a room and asked where the pain was. I appreciated how casually all of this happened. She didn't ask if it was my first time, which made me feel like none of this was a big deal. I got a 30 minute massage before Dr. Gina started. She, again, casually went about the process. It lightly stung at first, but I was so surprised at how not-bad it was. She left me under a red heat lamp thing and I even drifted off to sleep. At first I thought she was very matter-of-fact as she efficiently handled clients. After talking to her, she was really friendly and kind. She's always doing her absolute best to fit people in when they need, and answers any questions you may have. She feels very genuine and I feel so comfortable here.“

I workout a lot (weight-lifting, basketball) and had a lot of tightness in my neck and back. Kaori went to town and worked on all the knots and stiffness I was feeling. She was also constantly checking in to make sure pressure and everything was good (I like firm, deep-tissue style massages; which is exactly what I got) 5 stars for Kaori and I will definitely be coming back.“

“I had an initial visit today and had a great experience. He is a great healer. For your initial visit you get cupping and needles on both sides of your body as well as some scraping which is like a massage with a tool. I felt I got very thorough treatment for my back pain and autoimmune inflammatory arthritis for the cost of the initial visit. My back is feeling much better, I would love to come more and as often as was recommended but unfortunately he is out of network with my insurance and I wouldn't be able to afford coming every week. I would recommend Dr. Kang for acupuncture treatment and plan on returning at some point!“
