“Radiate is a lovely, clean space filled with natural light. I felt welcomed from the first time I walked in. Classes with Kate Harding combine excellent, clear instruction with her humor and her wisdom. As a teacher, I cannot recommend Kate enough!”
“Wonderful Doctor. The best. She helped me get over the most horrible bone pain with exercise, supplements…”
“Overall, my experience with Monique was absolutely lovely! Monique is very thoughtful and really took time to work with me. I intend to come back to her again for my massage and facial needs.I scheduled an appointment with Monique for a Gua Sha Chinese Holistic Facial. The room was centering to walk into and very relaxing. Really appreciated the ambience. I let her know I have a skin condition and she was very thoughtful to check in with me to avoid allergic reactions and check with me on my comfort level. When working on me, she explained what she was doing and how it was supposed to help me. I have to say, once she was done and gave me a moment to collect myself, I was completely relaxed and refreshed. After, Monique consulted with me on different methods and options to maintain my skin and address issues that were bothering me. Also, my sleep has improved and I feel so good!Monique, I look forward to another session and seeing other services you offer.”
