“This was my first visit to Cindie O. at Seal Beach Phenix salon. Cindie actually listened to my concerns and thoughts. What a relief. I wanted the long mop on my head off AND wanted little or no maintenance. She washed, cut, and blew dried my hair for only $55. What a wonderful experience. Of course, in today's environment prices can change; but, I am really, really happy with Cindie. Also your hair experience is occurring in an individual room and being a senior citizen and still afraid of Covid, I was appreciative of the environment. Very comfortable. Atta girl to Cindie.“
