Such a weird shopping experience...I usually shop at the Marina Pacifica location, but this location happened to have all the items that I needed for my pick up order. I shopped around a bit before I picked up my order. Really awkward experience. No body said anything to me in the first 10 min as I was looking at fragrance. The only redeeming person was an older makeup artist with dark hair, who asked me if I needed help... there were two other customers in the store. I considered buying a new fragrance but the two girls who helped me were not the "fragrance girl" , and my questions were met with vague but sufficient enough answers. I LOVE LUCY!♡She is absolutely amazing inside and out. Super helpful and professional. I couldn't find anything. She went out of her way to make sure I got all my skincare and makeup needs. I'm also very excited to see her soon for my eyebrows!

I went into this Ulta with my special needs daughter who wanted to use a Ulta gift card she received for her 31st Birthday. We really didn't know exactly what to pick out, and then along comes a most delightful Gal who works there named Tara, who quite literally took my daughter all thru the store and helped her pick out some items that were super fun and appropriate for my daughter. I would go back to this particular Ulta purposely for the kindness and truly heartfelt customer service that Tara provided to both of us.
