While it is better to make an appointment, it helps that one isn't required as stated on the front of their business, in case you need a cut in a pinch.It looked like they also had a team there to handle customers coming in should they get busy. The mood and environment was nice. MINDY was also nice and gave me a good men's cut. It was at a great and perhaps competitive price as well vs similar hair places, at the time of this review.
