My fiancé and I decided we should take dance classes before our wedding since neither of us are remotely good dancers. Neither of us had particularly high expectations - we just wanted our first dance to be as not awkward as possible.Enter Whitney at Palomar Ballroom! We signed up for the 5 class "Wedding Package" and ended up adding another 2 classes because we were having so much fun. Whitney is a phenomenal teacher, answering questions from us that started out as basic as "how do I know where the beat of the song is". She also made each class so fun and lighthearted. We started out thinking we would keep our first dance as short as possible. By the end, we had a fully choreographed dance to a 4 minute song!I can't recommend Whitney and Palomar Ballroom enough!

I decided to try this place at least twice before rating it as in the past shoe repair places are hit and miss with quality.This place gets a 5 star as it has done consistent quality work. My first visit was to have my dress shoes re-soled and amazing work with new leather soles (not rubber) and cleaned and shined to boot!The second was just some new soles on my boots and again amazing work with a polish included!I will be back ?

Great teachers and community. Our 4y old son is enrolled in their "little dragons" program, and he has shown tremendous growth in confidence and ability to listen. They set a great pace of activities with instructions and levels for the little ones. Very happy we discovered Innovative Martial Arts!
Dragon Martial arts is relatively new and is a gem that people might miss. Located in the same lot as Kings Paints, this martial arts studio has been a great place to send the kids on Saturday morning while I visit the farmers market just down the street. He's also open after school 4 to 6(?), I'm not sure when the last class starts; but it's a great activity for my son between homework and dinner.Master Will is a fantastic teacher. He's kind, patient, supportive, and great with kids. His school is open to all ages; during my visits it's been mostly kids. I know that Master Will has grown up around here and, being a local, he understands our community.Martial arts has been a wonderful exercise that teaches discipline and gives my kids something to work towards! If you have the opportunity, I'd recommend you give it a shot. The first class is free so it's worth checking out.
My company and I have worked with CyAs Tech on multiple projects in the past and we continue to work with them on some current projects as well. My experience with CyAs Tech has always been positive. They are professional and knowledgeable which is to be expected, but they also go above and beyond by thinking of aspects of the project that we may have overlooked. Always a consistently good cut! Quick and often takes me on short notice. I love Eric's salon. Never talks too much but tells it like it is. One time I saw one of his regulars show up for a quick, emergency touch-up as I was sitting down. Eric accommodated him without complaint and without charge.

If you're looking for a solid spot that delivers quality, lasting gel manicures and has professional and trained staff this is your spot. I'm consistently in and out in under an hour. Gels are lasting me 3 weeks. I don't make appointments, I just walk in. The longest I've waited is 15 minutes which is fine with me bc there's a Starbucks in Target to get a drink while I wait. I get different staff each time and they're all great.

For the last 3 years, I’ve been driving all the way from San Jose to see Lori every 6 weeks. She’s the only stylist in the whole Bay Area I’ve found that can color my hair and cut it beautifully. Lori’s funny and sweet and just an amazing hair stylist. I always look forward to my appointments, one: to have great hair, and two: to talk and chill with Lori!

Deborah is the sweetest! She even curled my hair after coloring it and put some makeup on me so could really look good when I showed off my hair. Will most definitely go back.

I cannot rave about Vienna enough. If you have curly hair, she is the one to go to. I haven't met a hairdresser who is as mindful about attention to detail as she is. I've been going to her for about 1.5/2 years now, and I can't imagine going to anyone else.
I get a layered look with bangs, usually 2 inches off the bottom. I go every 3 months. I have very thick, wavy to curly hair.

I called and they were super helpful to schedule and prompt on the appointment. Mike was the plumber who came and did a great job replacing a kitchen faucet. Then this week week we had a different issue and once again they were awesome to schedule the visit and Mike came and took care of the issue in the bathroom. He had the right parts to replace and was super profesional and dedicated. A pleasure to work with this company from the call to the office to the results of their services.

I wanted to share my extremely positive experience with Mike Fisher and his crew. I first encountered Mike when visiting a property where he had installed a solar system for a client of mine. I was immediately impressed by his knowledge and expertise, as well as his calm, personable demeanor. It was evident that he genuinely enjoys his work.
My wife and I had been considering solar for some time, and with the 2025 tax credit approaching its sunset, I decided to contact Mike. He promptly came out the very next day and thoroughly guided me through the entire process, including the number of panels and powerwalls needed, and the overall installation process. I received a comprehensive bid the following day, and after confirming the tax credit applicability with my CPA, I accepted his proposal.
Mike efficiently scheduled the installation, and his team impressively completed the entire system in just two days and made sure to clean up after each day's worth of work. After the installation, Mike personally assisted me in linking the Powerwall to my Tesla account and walked me through the app's features and key metrics. He answered any questions I had and that was comforting.

I have never experienced such a painless dental procedure. The level of care and professionalism was great. I have to admit that the best part, was a surprise visit from Ozzy, of course…therapy dog to the rescue! I also thought it was an added step of care that the doctor called to check on me the evening of my procedure. I would highly recommend this office.

Dr. Kyle is extremely knowledgeable and has so much enthusiasm for his work. Chiropractic care has helped me successfully enjoy life again. I had intense shooting pain up my left leg, a painful swollen ankle. With no relief from medical doctors, I sought out the one professional that helped me with pain like this previous, Dr. McNabb.
Not only was my ankle, leg, hip and groan painful, but my shoulder and hands were stiff and nearly useless. My fingers were numb and my hand was so weak , I couldn't even turn a doorknob ! this was daily aches and pain that nothing could relieve. No longer could I easily do the laundry, make the bed or cook dinner.

We found a young kitten in bad shape and in desperate need of medical care. We were able to get a same day appointment. The front room staff was so kind and caring when I was emotional and crying.
The vet (and his assistant?) took great care of the little kitten. The kitten was in rough shape. I was concerned he would die or lose his eyes. The vet treated the kitten swiftly.
It has been almost a week and you wouldn't even recognize the kitten. He is gaining weight and recovering well. He will return for a second visit this week.
I was also surprised the bill wasn't higher. It is definitely much more affordable than the emergency vet. If this vet wasn't able to see the kitten the same day, we would have gone to an emergency vet, which would have been at least 4 times more expensive.
Dr. McConnell (Ty) and his team are the best of the best! We rescue seniors dogs. They often come with multiple medical issues. I don’t trust anyone else with my dogs than Ty. We have been with him for over 5 years. He was Ames amazing care of our furry kids. His team is beyond amazing! We highly recommend McConnell vet services! Your pets will thank you ?
I went here with my family to get a second opinion about my dogs situation and this place was so great and gave us hope and options. We have been here before in the past for my dogs and cats i’m pretty sure but since then we moved to san jose and we made the drive down here just because this place is so great. My 14 year old black lab was really old and he started growing huge tumors on the side of his abdomen. This place gave us the option to surgically remove it and we were more than happy to do that since the last place just told us to put down the dog (we really wanted it removed). Long story short, we found out that this tumor was more cancerous and would spread really fast and his recovery would be 50/50 chance of him surviving. we decided that day during surgery that we should go ahead and put our old doggy down since he was already asleep and we didn’t want further complications to where it injured him. But the way this place handled things was amazing. i asked if i could see him before he was put down and I was so happy i was able to be there for my doggy as he went to sleep. (some vet places don’t let you be in the same room of when they put down your dog because it’s a policy thing but im soo happy i could see him before.) They laid out blankets and candles and gave us a button doorbell to push when we were ready to put him down so it would let the staff know. they gave us all the time we needed with him and we were really grateful of that. I had a small favor to ask and that was to take some pieces of hair and whiskers off my doggy to keep since i also have hair of my other old doggy that passed away years ago and they were more than happy to do that for us. driving home for us was the hardest part because it’s the quietest and most sad car ride knowing your dog isn’t in the back seat wagging its tail and that dog won’t be coming home with you. But a week or 2 later. we got a handwritten card in the mail from this place with a stamp of my doggy’s foot print and that made me burst out in tears. I’m so happy to have this card to remember my childhood dog. Thank you Scott’s Valley Veterinary Clinic. My family truly appreciates the doctor and the whole staff. Even though i didn’t get to take home my doggy in the end, you guys showed love and compassion and we appreciate that.
We've been going to coast for over a year now since we moved to SV from SJ and they are the best. Dr Mac is the best vet ever. She is so caring and listen s well and always gives you alternatives. We know our 4 dogs are getting the best care. Coast is efficient and they are affordable. I'd recommend them highly!

Jake asked a lot of questions to determine my specific needs and was an attentive and compassionate listerner. Then he applied his extensive knowledge and hands-on skills in a massage that was tailored to what he had learned. I had arrived in pain and 85 minutes later, I walked out pain-free. Jake also gave me a list of self-care activities for preserving and continuing my progress until my next visit. I highly recommend Jake. I felt greatly cared for.

I have been a happy customer over 5 years. When I have pain from over doing it at the gym or back pain this is where I go. Normally I don't like deep tissue work, but they fix problems with the appropriate pressure. It is clean, but not fancy. This is the best deal in town.
