My fiancé and I decided we should take dance classes before our wedding since neither of us are remotely good dancers. Neither of us had particularly high expectations - we just wanted our first dance to be as not awkward as possible.Enter Whitney at Palomar Ballroom! We signed up for the 5 class "Wedding Package" and ended up adding another 2 classes because we were having so much fun. Whitney is a phenomenal teacher, answering questions from us that started out as basic as "how do I know where the beat of the song is". She also made each class so fun and lighthearted. We started out thinking we would keep our first dance as short as possible. By the end, we had a fully choreographed dance to a 4 minute song!I can't recommend Whitney and Palomar Ballroom enough!

I decided to try this place at least twice before rating it as in the past shoe repair places are hit and miss with quality.This place gets a 5 star as it has done consistent quality work. My first visit was to have my dress shoes re-soled and amazing work with new leather soles (not rubber) and cleaned and shined to boot!The second was just some new soles on my boots and again amazing work with a polish included!I will be back ?

Great teachers and community. Our 4y old son is enrolled in their "little dragons" program, and he has shown tremendous growth in confidence and ability to listen. They set a great pace of activities with instructions and levels for the little ones. Very happy we discovered Innovative Martial Arts!
Dragon Martial arts is relatively new and is a gem that people might miss. Located in the same lot as Kings Paints, this martial arts studio has been a great place to send the kids on Saturday morning while I visit the farmers market just down the street. He's also open after school 4 to 6(?), I'm not sure when the last class starts; but it's a great activity for my son between homework and dinner.Master Will is a fantastic teacher. He's kind, patient, supportive, and great with kids. His school is open to all ages; during my visits it's been mostly kids. I know that Master Will has grown up around here and, being a local, he understands our community.Martial arts has been a wonderful exercise that teaches discipline and gives my kids something to work towards! If you have the opportunity, I'd recommend you give it a shot. The first class is free so it's worth checking out.

Jaymie always made my eyebrows look gorgeous, and so when she started Lily and Lotus, there was no reason for me to follow her all the way there, even if that meant driving from Santa Cruz!
Jaymie is wonderfully warm yet professional, she always puts me at ease and makes sure that I am comfortable. My little self care time with her is one of the best parts of my month.

Always a consistently good cut! Quick and often takes me on short notice. I love Eric's salon. Never talks too much but tells it like it is. One time I saw one of his regulars show up for a quick, emergency touch-up as I was sitting down. Eric accommodated him without complaint and without charge.

If you're looking for a solid spot that delivers quality, lasting gel manicures and has professional and trained staff this is your spot. I'm consistently in and out in under an hour. Gels are lasting me 3 weeks. I don't make appointments, I just walk in. The longest I've waited is 15 minutes which is fine with me bc there's a Starbucks in Target to get a drink while I wait. I get different staff each time and they're all great.

For the last 3 years, I’ve been driving all the way from San Jose to see Lori every 6 weeks. She’s the only stylist in the whole Bay Area I’ve found that can color my hair and cut it beautifully. Lori’s funny and sweet and just an amazing hair stylist. I always look forward to my appointments, one: to have great hair, and two: to talk and chill with Lori!

I had a fantastic experience this weekend with Skye for a haircut. It was my first visit to the salon, and I truly felt welcomed, pampered, and Skye went the extra mile to get to know me and know exactly what I wanted and needed for a change of style. I couldn't have asked for a more engaging and fun stylist, I left feeling great with a bouncy new "do" and felt fresh and relaxed. I called and they were super helpful to schedule and prompt on the appointment. Mike was the plumber who came and did a great job replacing a kitchen faucet. Then this week week we had a different issue and once again they were awesome to schedule the visit and Mike came and took care of the issue in the bathroom. He had the right parts to replace and was super profesional and dedicated. A pleasure to work with this company from the call to the office to the results of their services.
David was awesome. He quickly located the issue with the electrical system in my kitchen. The cost of the repair was very reasonable and I would definitely reach out to David for any electrical needs in the future.
I wanted to share my extremely positive experience with Mike Fisher and his crew. I first encountered Mike when visiting a property where he had installed a solar system for a client of mine. I was immediately impressed by his knowledge and expertise, as well as his calm, personable demeanor. It was evident that he genuinely enjoys his work.
My wife and I had been considering solar for some time, and with the 2025 tax credit approaching its sunset, I decided to contact Mike. He promptly came out the very next day and thoroughly guided me through the entire process, including the number of panels and powerwalls needed, and the overall installation process. I received a comprehensive bid the following day, and after confirming the tax credit applicability with my CPA, I accepted his proposal.
Mike efficiently scheduled the installation, and his team impressively completed the entire system in just two days and made sure to clean up after each day's worth of work. After the installation, Mike personally assisted me in linking the Powerwall to my Tesla account and walked me through the app's features and key metrics. He answered any questions I had and that was comforting.

I also thought it was an added step of care that the doctor called to check on me the evening of my procedure. I would highly recommend this office.

Dr. Kyle is extremely knowledgeable and has so much enthusiasm for his work. I have been a happy customer over 5 years. When I have pain from over doing it at the gym or back pain this is where I go. Normally I don't like deep tissue work, but they fix problems with the appropriate pressure. It is clean, but not fancy. This is the best deal in town.
