Every time I take one of my dogs to Coast Veterinary Services, I know they are going to receive the most knowledgable, caring treatment. Dr Abraham always puts my animals and what's best for me ahead of all else. She explains options very clearly in a non-judgemental way. So whether it is for diagnosis or treatment, I have complete confidence that she is guiding me to the best choices for us. It's well worth the drive from Watsonville to Scotts valley to get the absolute best care.
Our 9 yr. old dog, Mosey had a chordae tendineae rupture last February. He was treated at the emergency pet hospital on Soquel and then sent to Blue Pearl in Monterey to see a cardiologist. Mosey was given diuretics, and heart medicine to help his heart function better. He takes the meds 3 times a day and has been doing exceptionally well. He's still hiking almost daily and runs with his dog friends, smiling and wagging his tail.
I brought him in to see Dr. Mac for his annual physical last week. She was overjoyed to see how well he's doing. She praised my husband and I for taking such good care of him and encouraged us to keep up the good work!

This is a terrific veterinarian office! Every staff member I’ve interacted with have always been kind, patient, and compassionate. Dr. Power in particular is my favorite, as she is so knowledgeable! She’s always so kind toward my little Wookie and she explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. She truly cares for animals and we are lucky to have her as our vet!
