CiCi was a wonderful nail artist! She did an amazing job on my nails! Her attention to detail was incredible! Took instructions well. Excellent customer service! Definitely recommend CiCi and Queen nails!
I don’t write reviews often, but when I do, it’s either for exceptional service or lack there of. Today was my second appointment at this establishment and I can’t help but reiterate to the owner if they care to hear it, which at the time of this last appointment they did not… If you don’t offer a service, don’t pretend that you do and do not argue with the customer. The first time I came in for an appointment was for a fill. I specifically asked before coming in if they offered gel builder and they said yes. The product was old and the workmanship was poor. Nice job in my pedicure. But Not very sanitized in case of Pedicure. I usually expect the nail salons to open a clean set of tools in front of my eyes. Nail clippers and a few other things in a basket so I don’t know if there were sanitized before me or not.
