“I had an excellent experience having my high-end appliances (Sub-Zero and Wolf) installed by Best after buying them at Snyder Diamond, who recommended them. I scrolled through the reviews for this company (btw, the name is spelled wrong on Yelp... it's Installation!) and I was surprised by the other experiences people have had. This was not the case for me. I have had those kinds of experiences with installation by other companies so I appreciate the times things go well, which they did for me with Best. The installation crew... Gabino and Christian... did an excellent job, were very thorough and careful, and easy to have in the house. (Again, not my experience with other companies). Erik was great at communication (as was everyone I talked with at Best) and the company was very accommodating with my ever-changing schedule (my kitchen ended up being delayed almost two months). I would definitely use Best again for appliance installation.“

“I called Universal to repair my dishwasher door that wasn't holding it's opening due to a broken spring. I was given a time window for the next afternoon. By the end of the time window, the repairman called me to say that he was running late on the current job, but would be able to make it within 30 mins. I appreciated getting the call, as opposed to be contacted the next day. The repair was done quickly and thoroughly, with no wasted motions! Despite the lateness of the arrival, very happy with the results.“

“Yes, I agree that it takes a few weeks to get your washer repaired. But I know it's out of their control for the parts to come. All that matters to me is that my washer was repaired! I'm giving a 5 star because when this started I was very upset my washer wasn't working but at the end I'm a very happy customer! Oleg the repairman was great!“
