When I called around to ask for help with my never-ending residential media issues, I wasn't able to get anyone to respond promptly. When I called and learned that Simple Solution only handles industrial accounts, I was pleasantly surprised that Sigi called me back after I left a message with the receptionist. He explained to me that he only handles business accounts, but took time to listen to my issues with patience. He gave me several recommendations of places that could handle residential media issues. Unfortunately I had to call Sigi back to explain that I was totally defeated to have any of his recommended services come fix our media issues quickly, and that my problem was "un-fixed" by other vendors multiple times over the course of the past year. Incredible as it may sound, Sigi offered that he himself, or one of his techs, Brandon, would come help me out the next day. Sign refused to charge me for anything, as he said 1. he doesn't handle residential accounts , and 2. it appeared that my problem could be easily fixed by him or Brandon. He did it purely to help someone who's in need. Brandon, the tech who works for Sigi, was equally courteous, patient, and respectful as Sigi. He fixed my problem "completely" and refused to receive any kind of gratuity. Service places with technical expertise like The Simple Solution just doesn't exist any more. If you have any industrial IT/media need, DO try The Simple Solution. Besides the fact that Simple Solution knows "their stuff" (as my media/cabling problems that were unfixed by others and now 100% fixed by Simple Solution), they have the professionalism and integrity that would back up their expertise!“
