They had several open dates available within a month to complete the work. Their workers were polite and professional. If I had questions, their office always responded promptly. There were no surprises. After the retrofit work was completed, the San Jose City inspector went in the crawls space of my house and inspected the work and he told me that it was done to code and he signed it off.
