Talking through the designs for our small kitchen, Modern Remodeling’s design was the most innovative and provided the best use of our limited space. During the remodel, the workers were respectful of our space and cleaned up at the end of each day. The installers were very detailed and did a great job installing the many cabinets. The remodel ended on schedule and took the estimated 5 weeks. The remodel included the kitchen, credenza, linen cabinet, and bathroom vanity. The cabinets are high quality and will last us for years. “Stemar has been absolutely awesome. Three days before we were going overseas for three weeks my condo flooded. I was very concerned how how everything would work out without being in town. Gabriel Beas a manager from Stemar was in frequent communication and easily reached which was huge with us being so far away. Then when Zaray Ramos took over as project manager the excellence continued. She communicated frequently , often with photos for project status. She was always easy to reach, her timelines accurate and a pleasure to work with. And their technicians did an awesome job of restoring the condo. Really impressive. This is by far the best experience I have ever had with contractors“

“I have been using Ed and his company for over 20 years now. What I love about the company is how prompt they are in returning calls. Had a plumbing issue and Tom came out immediately to figure it out. We had to order a part which took 48 hours, but they were back immediately and we now have a working dishwasher and water in the sink. I know they mostly do large projects now, but if you are thinking of remodeling a kitchen or bathroom or even a complete house , I would highly recommend this company.“

“I find myself only writing reviews when I'm either very pleased or very disappointed.... my husband and I were at first a little hesitant to chose Pat bc he was so laid back and on the quiet side. We couldn't be happier with him and his crew!!!!!!! Pat and Jose (his main employee) were so easy and pleasant to work with!!! Throughout the whole process, they were very approachable and extremely honest. I think it's really hard to find a contractor/ construction company that has integrity like Pat and his crew. He never tried to up sell or nickel and dime us. He even helped to fix some areas in our house free of charge. They worked hard and fast and did a beautiful remodel in our house! If there was ever an issue that we wanted addressed, they fixed it right away. Out of all the contractors we met and got estimates from, Pat was the most reasonable and upfront. It took some time for me to save up enough to renovate and when I did, I called Ian again. I am so happy with his work, not only were his prices fair, my new granny flat is beautiful! “I had a relatively small cement job; removing an old garage entry apron and replacing it with a more gradual, mild approach. The house is almost 100 years old and the garage door is on the alley. The old entry was so severe that my car would bottom out at about half way in - or out. You could see that a prior owner had tried to fix this with a patch the did not do anything but break apart.Derrick - DCR - was doing a big job across the street from me and I interrupted him there, asking if he would take a look. He did and told me exactly what it would take to fix the grade, how it would look when he was finished and how much it would cost. Not knowing much about this type of job, I got some competing bids. Having spoken with other contractors, I am very happy with. My decision to go with DCR.He and his crew were right on time and did a fantastic job. The demo was completed in about an hour. As the debris was being hauled away, the cement arrived. A precision that amazed me, given the COVID circumstances and the news stories of scarcity in construction supply.They spent the time waiting for the cement to firm up doing the finish and keeping the leaves and other windblown items off of the apron. Once it was fairly firm they brushed it to a nice, safe finish, put up some barriers so neighborhood dogs wouldn’t get all over it.I am a completely satisfied customer. “Cibrian Construction build an ADU over an existing garage (20x20.) His team of workers and network did an excellent job! I think the pictures speak for themselves.They were very professional, responsive to last minute changes and always making suggestions (that I would have never figured out on my own.)I am so glad I found him and had him build an ADU from start to finish (getting an architect, completing all the needed city permits, guiding me along the way, getting all needed materials, and having a team of workers and network that did the work right and to high standards.Here are pictures that I really believe speak for themselves. Above all, the owner, Noe, was always here to personally inspect all the steps along the way. He responds without hesitation and fully explains everything they are working on and what is the next phase of the constructions/project.To summarize, Cibrian Contruction (from the owner, employees, workmanship, follow-up, guide and explain all phases of the project) they did an excellent job! I couldn't be happier with what they did to my home (and now my newly wed daughter, her husband both live there and love it!). If a picture is worth a thousand words, then see for yourself : )Note: am currently saving some money so he can redo my master bedroom's shower and re-do entire my garage (put in cabinets, new sink, tankless water heather, lighting, epoxy flooring, and install garage-type steel cabinets.“
