“I find myself only writing reviews when I'm either very pleased or very disappointed.... my husband and I were at first a little hesitant to chose Pat bc he was so laid back and on the quiet side. We couldn't be happier with him and his crew!!!!!!! Pat and Jose (his main employee) were so easy and pleasant to work with!!! Throughout the whole process, they were very approachable and extremely honest. I think it's really hard to find a contractor/ construction company that has integrity like Pat and his crew. He never tried to up sell or nickel and dime us. He even helped to fix some areas in our house free of charge. They worked hard and fast and did a beautiful remodel in our house! If there was ever an issue that we wanted addressed, they fixed it right away. Out of all the contractors we met and got estimates from, Pat was the most reasonable and upfront.
