Over the years, our two-story home had a first-floor addition to expand the living space. A wall with openings remained, dividing this space from the kitchen and family room. We decided to remove the wall and create a larger, open space with a much larger kitchen. We discussed this project with four builders and received quotes. Mike stood out due to his confident discussion, which included the potential need for a 30ft steel beam. He was easygoing and bonded well with us. His pricing met our needs compared to the others. After interviewing six possible contractors, I knew that Mike was the one to partner with. He had not only the boldest and best ideas with a ton of experience, but he also had the most reasonable price. He has a stellar team of people that he works with and cares about very much. He kept our job going at a steady pace and always aimed to do the best work possible.
