Luis was so great! I tried to go to Costco first and the workers were not nice. So it was truly a relief to get such great customer service from Luis. He was super kind and so helpful! I highly recommend people to go to Walmart optical for a better experience.
My glasses weren't sitting properly on my face, but luckily for me, Luis took care of it perfectly in a fast, efficient, and wonderful fashion. I can't recommend him enough! When it comes to opticians, he's the best! 10/10 would recommend!
The girl in there was absolutely incredible and knowledgeable with helping me. Very patient young gal. She took her time with me explaining everything and helping me decide what kind of glasses I need. I only came in because my lens came out of my frame and I couldn’t fix it myself. Julie was by herself and treated me very kindly. The phone rang a few times and she excused herself, fixed my glasses and talked with me about getting me new pairs of glasses. Very nice young gal there you have and I couldn’t be more happier I can use my glasses again! THANK YOU! Went above and beyond!
