Had my annual check up with Dr. Floresca. She is very nice, professional and knowledgeable. I like how she explained to me everything I needed to know. In the same way, Jacob who helped in ordering my eyeglasses was calm, helpful and thorough to all my inquiries. Unlike NORMA who helped me first was rushing me and no patience. When I asked what is her name, she suddenly became courteous and requested to put all the papers in an envelope. Kindness ought to be extended because it is genuine, not merely when being observed. Five stars for both Dr. Floresca and Jacob while 0 star to Norma.
Norma and Dr. Theresa were so extremely helpful. They were so open and conversational. So sweet and helpful. I always buy online and after this visit ill be coming to target optical everytime! Absolutely love love love them!
The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. My glasses were delivered on time and perfect. It's the first time I didn't need any additional adjustments. The order was done right the first time. Wearing the glasses was like I'd had them forever. I will be back when I need new ones.
