When my Dad started declining, someone suggested them as one of the local mortuaries I should consider setting up a funeral plan with. Alsatia was absolutely wonderful in our time of need, our grandson just passed away at Stanford Children's hospital at 3:20 am and she had her team pick him up at 5:00 am and bring him to the Chapel of the Chimes in Santa Rosa where we live. This was no easy feat since we needed doctors, nurses and Stanford security signatures to release our grandson. Alsatia was extremely through and sensitive to our traditions during such a difficult time.Our family tradition is to bring our grandson to the Philippines for his final resting place after a service in Santa Rosa. Alsatia planned everything for us including the service, all the Philippine Consulate documents, death certificates, travel papers and even the flight for our grandson. We really didn't know how to proceed and Alsatia walked us through the whole process with such compassion and understanding it made a difficult time bearable.I can't say enough for everyone at the Chapel of the Chimes.
