Alsatia was absolutely wonderful in our time of need, our grandson just passed away at Stanford Children's hospital at 3:20 am and she had her team pick him up at 5:00 am and bring him to the Chapel of the Chimes in Santa Rosa where we live. This was no easy feat since we needed doctors, nurses and Stanford security signatures to release our grandson. Alsatia was extremely through and sensitive to our traditions during such a difficult time.Our family tradition is to bring our grandson to the Philippines for his final resting place after a service in Santa Rosa. This is a sweet little chapel to hold services. If someone's wishes are keep it simple this would be a great location. Alsacia was an amazing help, helping me get through everything, especially the things you don't think about thinking about. Thank you Alsacia!

This review is from Calie Candia: Losing a loved one is never easy. That being said, the level of compassion, care, thoughtfulness, and utter kindness that I received from Alsatia, from Chapel of the Chimes in Santa Rosa went above and beyond, making the unbearable bearable. Her level of attention to detail, her communication to me on all matters, was prompt and timely - even her voice had a soothing effect on me with the horror of losing my husband. I would highly recommend Chapel of the Chimes to whoever needed their services.
