“James was exceptional. We met him last year (’25) when we were looking at various locations to purchase pre-need. He contacted us a few weeks ago to discuss the pre-need promotions being offered during the month of August (’26). We had such a positive experience when we first met him last year, that my husband and I said why not. When James contacted us, he said that he would be ready to meet our needs this time, and he was. He did a great job of showing us the available properties, explaining the different options and the promotions, answering all of our questions and making us feel at ease. We really felt that he listened to us and that he understood our needs. Whereas our intention was to purchase a niche for my husband and I, we ended up purchasing a block of four niches to cover our entire immediate family! The whole experience with James and Rolling Hills went above and beyond what we expected.
