Very friendly, the interior of the facility is wonderfully designed, they gave me a great price and Elvira, the manager, is magnificent. I would recommend them to anyone. Make sure you visit and talk to them before you make a decision. It will be worth it.”

“This office of the Neptune Society of Santa Rosa was merged with the Novato office. Depending on the workload they may be slow to respond to phone calls. Emails to them may be the better choice. Keep that in mind when you need to ask the office a question.<br><br>The staff care very much about handling the details for the grieving family. Our day on the water was a wonderful way to say goodbye to my partner. Everything turned out perfectly. I recommend the Neptune Society of Santa Rosa. They work hard for you. They can be busy so a bit of patience may be needed when engaging them before the final burial or scattering occurs.”
