“Alex at Two of a Kind Eyebrows is amazing! I had never gotten my brows done before, and she made the entire experience comfortable and easy. Getting your brows done can feel intimidating (especially as a guy) but Alex walked me through every step and worked with me to find the shape that best complements my face.

“10/10! I got a same day appointment with Mina and she could not have been better. I came in with very long, thick, curly/wavy hair looking for a chop and she did a phenomenal job. “The best lash lift I’ve had in LA! Jin really takes her time and places each lash very thoughtfully. There’s no sharp fold and the outer edge lashes are fanned out nicely. My lashes post lash lift have an even, natural curl that allows me to still put strip lashes on. Because it is a soft curl the lashes do not look crazy as they grow out and are replaced by my natural straight lashes.

Jin also prioritizes lash health and was super helpful in showing me where I had gaps in my lashes (from curling with a heated eyelash curler and using waterproof mascara daily) and gave me extra keratin from my treatment to take home.“

“I had a free afternoon while visiting from out of town, and the humidity was absolutely beating my hair. I called last minute hoping to get a wash and wear my natural curls, and they squeezed me in without hesitation with Kate 🩷

From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. They paired me with Kate, who took the time to really listen to what I wanted and then made even better suggestions. I left with the most gorgeous curls, and within minutes of leaving the salon, at least five people stopped me to compliment my hair!

Then… the humidity got me again! booo 😂 I called back, and they graciously squeezed me in again to help fix it. Alanea took such great care of me the second time, and she was an absolute sweetheart.

The level of customer service here is truly exceptional. They never made me feel like an inconvenience, even though the frizz was definitely my own doing. Everyone genuinely wanted me to leave feeling confident and happy with my hair.
