The staff, including Pauline, is said to be first-rate, spending time and not rushing customers. We were visiting Santa Cruz from Draper Utah and needed a pedicure. We get pedicures regularly and this was the by far best pedicure we have ever gotten. They were so thorough and professional. It was such a wonderful experience. This nail salon is highly recommended!!!!
Will definitely be coming back here! They were so attentive, thorough, spent at least an hour and a half for my manicure and pedicure with amazing massages, warm rocks, etc even for the basic services. This isn't your typical mani/pedi experience and they don't try and rush you out but are careful, meticulous, friendly and it's very reasonably priced.
Very attentive workers. They made me feel pampered. Honestly one of the best mani-pedi experiences I've ever had. They're kind of a no-frills shop but they fully make up for it in service which is more important in my book. Prices are quite reasonable. Tip them well- they deserve it.
