“Oh my lord… what a wonderful experience for both my daughter and myself. We really needed a spa weekend after a very tough year.
My daughter had a “Fire and Ice” facial as well as a brow shaping and lamination by Hanna. Her brows look fabulous!!!
It was so easy to book our appointments as we were down in Capitola for the Art and Wine festival. We booked by text thru their website and they were so accommodating for both of us.
Hanna did an excellent job on my daughter’s brow lamination and facial. It was a much needed relaxing time for my daughter and they exceeded her expectations.
Milene did my oxygen facial with derma planning, and WOW was I pampered. I not one who typically spends a lot of money pampering myself, but oh my gosh every penny was worth this experience. Milene was knowledgeable and seems to really love what she does and taking care of people. You get that sense as she is explaining what she does and what it can do for you.
There’s no judgement if you don’t have a strict or even normal skin care regimen, she’s just happy to see you now and will make your experience the best it can be.
From the red light beds you lay on during treatment which were AMAZING to the full experience of seeing before and after how you are affected… I appreciated her warmth and genuine kindness as well as her customer service. There are quite a few salons or spas on the area and I believe customer service, and genuine kindness sets The GLOW PRESCRIPTION Capitola and Milene sets themselves apart from the others for the sheer fact that they are so client focused and welcoming.
My face feels wonderful. I feel wonderful. I hope to be back before the art and wine next year!
