I came in as a new patient needing an eye exam. Parking here is easy since it's a big lot. Upon entering I was greeted, filled out some paperwork, and led into the back in such a short time. I didn't wait too long before the optometrist came in. She was also very nice, and we chat a bit while I had my exam. It went smoothly, and she even gave me some contacts samples for me to try for my dry eyes. The new prescription works great, so overall a good experience!

I was travelling this past weekend when the piece on my left ear that connected the lens to my ear was severely bent and almost breaking off. As I am going to be on the road for several days (and driving) I was going to need to get a replacement arm ASAP. I called my eyeglass shop back home and they looked up Silhouette eye ware for a store in Northern Virginia that might carry them. I was directed to Eyetopia and asked if they may have replacement parts and/or a spare that they could put on for me.John was great as he looked upstairs and found a extra part and quickly put it on my glasses and I was out of there all fixed up lickety split for just $25!Great service...read full review

I came here for a routine eye exam. The wait was short, and the optometrist addressed all the vision questions I had. She had a good process when testing each eye for optimal contact lenses. Thanks to the optometrist here my vision was corrected even more to address the disparity for the left and right eye. Pricing is fair for additional services such as contact lens exam.
