I came to Santa Clara for conference and ripped my glasses' nosepad in the airport. I came to total vision to ask for help. The frontdesk lady are so nice and she repaired my broken nosepad in 5 mins. Saved my day! Thank you!

I was travelling this past weekend when the piece on my left ear that connected the lens to my ear was severely bent and almost breaking off. As I am going to be on the road for several days (and driving) I was going to need to get a replacement arm ASAP. I called my eyeglass shop back home and they looked up Silhouette eye ware for a store in Northern Virginia that might carry them. I was directed to Eyetopia and asked if they may have replacement parts and/or a spare that they could put on for me.John was great as he looked upstairs and found a extra part and quickly put it on my glasses and I was out of there all fixed up lickety split for just $25!Great service… read full review
