Jack Martin, the owner of Action Roofing was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He replaced our roof solving over a year of moisture issues that was a result of an inexperienced and careless Santa Barbara roofer. Jack and his crews care about the quality of their work and getting the job done correctly! His years of experience counts! Do not let other roofers sell themselves as having generational experience! It means nothing.

I just want to share my recent experience with Action Roofing. They did work for me a few years ago and a portion of the work needed repair. I can't thank Jack Martin, the owner, enough for responding to my request and taking full responsibility for making the necessary repairs. Sharon Fritz and Octavio Iventura were also very helpful. I had my entire tile roof replaced.Action Roofing was reliable and as compared to many contractors in Santa Barbara, they showed up on time and completed the work on schedule.The workers were friendly and diligent, cleaning up any nails etc every day to avoid them ending up in our car tires. They even assisted my wife carrying a heavy box to her car.My repairs included fixing termite damage and they were really great about sending photos of what needed to be done, and coordinated such that I was able to get fascia boards painted prior to placement, which saved me trying to find a painter willing to do such a small job at another time.I want to call special attention to...read full review
