“We recently bought a home in Oxnard...at Oxnard Shores MHP. Alfa Roofing installed a new roof on our home before we owned it, in October of 2021. With all the recent rain there was an issue. I wasn't even sure if it was a roofing issue but I called Alfa about the warranty. Eddie came out that day, even though with all this rain, roofers are really busy. We inspected the situation. Determined what the problem was and although not specifically a roofing problem Eddie said he'd seal it anyway. At no charge to me. He even pointed out some other possible problems with the home totally unrelated to roofing...but rather a new window that was recently installed but insufficiently sealedI was so pleased by his professionalism...he was prompt, courteous, and went beyond what would reasonably be expected. “We called Sosa & Son Roofing from a recommendation by a friend, and we couldn't be happier! Yosuan, Nabor, and their entire team were pleasant, extremely hardworking and did a great job on our roof. From the moment I called and talked to Yosuan, he has been responsive, communicated very well on all aspects of the job – pulling the permit, scheduling around all the rainy days, if I had a question regarding work being done, I got an answer to my question, and he explained things to make sure I understood exactly what was happening with the entire process. I called another roofer for pricing prior to Sosa & Son, and it took me several months to even get the quote. I called on a Friday and Yosuan came out on Monday. I had the estimate with a detailed breakdown (roof, wood repair as needed, etc.), so we could understand where the money was “going to” , the next day. If you are looking for an honest, reliable and incredibly efficient company we highly recommend Sosa & Son Roofing!“
