We can't say enough about how good our experience was with Tower Roofing. The bid was reasonable, and the finished work was true to the bid. We had a complete roof replacement done and there were some areas, specifically the entire south side of the house, where the underlayment consisted of old wood shake shingles. These created a problem in demolition and required all new sheathing. In addition to that, our raised ceilings on half of the house (a 2004 project) now required additional space and thus, additional wood sheathing, to accommodate the nailing pattern. Tower just finished replacing the roof on my house. This included accommodating two sky lights, repairing fascia dry rot, and replacing a segment of gutter we had damaged.

The whole experience was an absolute treat. The workers were consistently courteous and respectful. They cleaned up thoroughly every day. When I had an issue about one of the repairs they’d done on the fascia, it was addressed promptly and 100% to my satisfaction. There was always at least one worker on site who was completely fluent in both English and Spanish. Communication was never an issue. These guys were great.
