I had an amazing experience with Channel Plumbing! My water heater started leaking and I knew I wanted to switch from a traditional water heater to a tankless system. What I didn’t know was the steps required to make this change. I called around to get quotes and was discouraged by the prices quoted and the resistance to change. I was lucky enough to connect with Jackie, who was especially helpful—she answered all my questions, and allowed me to vent. She assured me the tankless system was something they regularly installed. We have used Channel Plumbing on numerous occasions at our home over the past 7 years. Nathaniel (the owner) and his crew (especially Jose), have always worked with us to quickly locate the plumbing issue and resolve the problem to our satisfaction. There have been some tricky problems that have caused major work and it was done promptly and professionally. We have appreciated the follow up to our oral and written inquiries, as well as the in person attention when needed. Based on our experience, we will continue to use Channel Plumbing in the future for maintenance and repairs.
